Message to clients

People come to therapy with all sorts of challenges and aspirations to find more meaning and fulfillment in their lives. I see my role as a privileged helper to interactively support my clients on their journeys. Connection is critical. If we are a good fit and as we establish trusting connection, we can begin to address the changes you are wanting to make. My clinical approach is flexible as I am an integrative therapist, employing a range of modalities, adjusting to what best serves each individual client’s needs. I prefer in office therapy but am entirely comfortable with tele-mental health and can work in a hybrid approach. I hope you find the fit you are looking for and if that becomes me, I look forward to meeting and working with you!
