Message to clients

Your goals and strengths will be the cornerstone of our work together. Collaboratively we will identify the solutions and strategies that help create change. Whereas understanding the past is important, it is equally important to focus on the present and create a path for positive change. I will provide a supportive and non judgemental space where your experiences, concerns, and aspirations are heard and respected. I strive to understand your perspective and at the same time challenge you to think differently and to create the change you want.

The type of therapy I offer is called Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) as I believe that our outlook, our way of thinking about life, about what is important makes a difference in how we feel.

I also believe in the power of simplifying life so we can enjoy the small moments to the fullest. Together we can work on helping you let go of some of what is holding you back and creating stress and anxiety. By learning new ways of thinking, and staying grounded in the moment you can enjoy the life you have worked hard to create.

I like to find joy and happiness in my everyday moments. My morning cup of coffee while looking out my window helps ground me in the moment and spending time with my girls though aggravating keeps me going through rough times. I hope to help you find the joy and happiness in your everyday moments to help you through life challenges.
