In a collaborative way, our clinicians can support you in discovering new ways to cope, resolve conflict, and settle issues in order to thrive.

In addition, to more traditional modes of psychotherapy, our practice offers neurofeedback, hypnosis, iRest yoga nidra (NSDR), HRV training and mindfulness meditation. These modalities are science-based and proven to effectively reprogram our brains, to improve mental health, and our overall wellbeing.

Each clinician in our group practice brings their own specialty and methodology to the therapeutic experience, but the team values collaboration for a wider range of clinical expertise for our clients. Our office offers both in-person and virtual sessions. Reach out today for a direct no-cost connection with one of our team members!

About

What services does your practice offer?

Paige Fishel LCSW & Associates is a small holistic group practice in Sterling, VA conveniently located near Route 7. We offer both in-person and virtual sessions for individuals, couples, and groups who reside in Virginia. We offer traditional psychotherapy options for Spanish speakers as well.

What are your practice's specialties?

Our unique practice merges traditional modes of psychotherapy with the latest brain science to treat problematic symptoms of anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, OCD, ASD, post-viral brain fog from COVID-19, Lyme and PANDAS. With over 25 years of experience, our lead clinician specializes in supportive care during complex life transitions, loss, family dysfunction, body image or food issues, and recovery journeys. For those grounded in a Christian faith, we use that understanding as the foundation of our work together.

Why should I choose your practice?

We understand the impact of depression, anxiety, ADHD, family conflict and trauma. In a safe, supportive, collaborative environment, our work together will give you insight into your past experiences and behavior; you will find new ways to cope, resolve conflicts and address current and long-standing issues. We also include innovative, evidence-based modalities to improve the health of your body and brain, such as nutrition, neurofeedback training, HRV training, hypnosis, iRest yoga nidra (NSDR), and mindfulness meditation to optimize your mental health. Combining these "bottom-up" modalities help your brain and body learn a new way of being.

How does payment work at your practice?

Service fees range from $160-$850 based on clinician and service. Although we are considered out of network, we provide superbills for insurance reimbursement. Due to the variety of coverage options, we do not submit to insurance providers directly.
