This processing group is for anyone 18+ who identifies as Trans, including nonbinary, gender fluid, gender variant, and gender non-conforming individuals; additionally including those who are questioning their gender identity.
For graduate students looking for community, connection, & support while managing academic responsibilities, interpersonal relationships, & the challenges that come along with being a human being. No previous therapy experience required!
55 minutes of group support followed by 20 minutes of gentle yoga for caregivers to create time for their own needs.
