The Holistic Heart is a holistically oriented group practice committed to promoting an increased sense of emotional wellness through the nurturing of meaningful self-exploration.

By employing an eclectic variety of treatment approaches, they aim to facilitate healing across the many layers of the human experience.

The Holistic Heart combines a team approach with evidence-based treatment and a holistic mindframe to support each individual's whole being. Clients can see holistic psychotherapists and body work specialists in order to heal the body, mind, and spirit.

The Holistic Heart has a team of holistically-oriented specialists who collaborate to offer an integrative complementary care model. In addition to talk therapy, clients can also access individual or group yoga and meditation classes on-site to further the healing process.

Alongside traditional talk therapy approaches, The Holistic Heart's therapists incorporate techniques such as diaphragmatic breathing, deep breathing/relaxation exercises, guided imagery, visualization, meditation, mindful movement, and aromatherapy.

The Holistic Heart offers a full array of psychotherapy and complementary services, including individual therapy, group therapy, yoga and meditation, and classes and workshops.

Individual psychotherapy specialty areas include Asperger's Syndrome, holistic counseling, mindfulness practices, somatic awareness, and mind-body integration.

The Holistic Heart offers a rotating selection of groups and workshops, as well as yoga and meditation classes held in their own yoga studio.

  • Initial intake appointment: $125
  • Ongoing session (45min): $105
  • Group psychotherapy: $45

Rates for yoga and meditation:

  • 10-session yoga series: $130
  • Yoga drop-in: $15
  • Meditation: $10

Rates for massage therapy:
Holistic Heart clients receive a 25% discount, reflected below:

  • 60min session: $56 (typically $75)
  • 6 x 30min sessions: $150 (typically $200)
  • 6 x 60min sessions: $264 (typically $350)
