How does payment work at your practice?
At The Trahan Therapy Center, we prefer cash but do also work with insurance companies. The easiest way is when the client pays and we give them a Superbill. They submit it to their insurance for reimbursement.
We also file insurance claims. It's important for each client to independently verify their coverage and the provider in network status. We will verify coverage as well. It's important for us to check in with each other to ensure that we've received the same information.
We bill co-pays the Friday before the scheduled session so that we don't use any session time for that. Please read the consent carefully as it clearly outlines policies and procedures around our entity and how we work with clients.

The Trahan Therapy Center is a full-service therapy group practice. We offer virtual and in person therapy. The modes of therapy offered are: individual, couples and group therapy. We offer marriage, parenting and relationship seminars in person and virtually.
