Her therapy approach is eclectic, drawing upon various aspects of cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic methods to create her own custom-made approach to fit your needs. The therapy offered is grounded in the understanding that a secure relationship with oneself and others is a basic foundation for health. She practices a humanistic method that takes a positive view of human nature and emphasizes the uniqueness of the individual.
