Alexcis J. Grushinski is a Licenced Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in San Antonio, TX who works with adults. Many of Alexcis' clients come to seek treatment when they are struggling with life transitions, feelings of sadness and worthlessness, or the overall sense that "something" is off. This approach supports clients to build a life that they can start to enjoy to live.

Alexcis' style is compassionate, non-judgemental, open-minded, and warm. When a client first visits Alexcis, she conducts an intake to better understand them and what might be helpful. Alexcis and the client will make a plan on how to build a life they that can bring joy and contentment. Alexcis is dedicated to providing a relationship that is compassionate and helpful.

Alexcis received their Master of Social Work degree at the University of Missouri - Kansas City in 2017. She gained experience while working as a behavioral health specialist in the Army as well as a social worker/mental health counselor for other private practice agencies which enables her to build genuine connections, listen without judgment, and provide honest feedback. Outside of private practice, she enjoy hiking, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
