Message to clients

Psychotherapy can be a guide or a tool to help you find yourself, to help you see what issues and aspects of your thinking and behavior can be looked at, worked with, to move yourself a little or a long way toward feeling better about yourself, about how you think, about how you relate to others, about how you behave, about how you manage your emotions....

People come to see me to talk about what's going on in their minds, their spirits, their lives. I work with people on whatever level they wish. For some of you, this is about finding a way to communicate with other people. For some, this is about managing your own emotions such as anger or fear or sadness, or dreams or nightmares, or traumatic stress, or cravings and triggers. Some people want to develop pathways to successful personal change. Some want to dig deeply into their minds, even into their consciousnesses. I can walk with you on your journey into yourself.

See my books to know more about my approaches to personal change: SEEING THE HIDDEN FACE OF ADDICTION and NAVIGATING LIFE'S STUFF and the ASK DR. ANGELA books on EMOTIONAL AND PHYSICAL ABUSE IN RELATIONSHIPS are a few of my most recent works. See DrAngela dot com for more on my work and books.
