Message to clients

Hi, my name is Dr. Angelique Caligiuri. I am a Clinical Psychologist who specializes in working with adults grappling with questions about their identity or who experience conflict within their relationships. I also support those looking to enhance their general mental wellness, and have an interest in working with twins and the LGBTQ+ community.

I believe it’s the stories we tell ourselves, sometimes unknowingly, that keep us from living authentically. We base our stories on what we’ve been told, what we’ve observed, and what we’ve experienced. Sometimes, these stories are limiting. We can get stuck within one narrative and lose sight of the varied ways to see ourselves, our relationships, and the world. This can manifest through feelings of depression, anxiety, or detachment. It can also present as uncertainty around identity expression, career choice, or relationships.

Therapy can help through creating the space for us to examine these stories together to find new narratives, giving you the choice to rewrite them. We’ll explore your thoughts and feelings, some of them for the first time, to help you find your truth and authenticity. If you’d like to start working together, please reach out. I look forward to hearing from you!
