Professional statement

Ashley works with Adults, Adolescents and Families through an eclectic holistic approach. Her 10 years of clinical experience has shown that mind, body and spirit healing is deeply personal and individual which means each treatment plan and approach will be specific to the person. The integration between behavioral interventions and coping skills combined with mindfulness and deeper awareness of self have shown to be most effective within the treatment process.

Adolescent (13-17)- Will work on emotion regulation, coping skills, distress tolerance and issues pertaining to self discovery and development while allowing space for communication with parents around specific needs and difficulties if needed. Teens may not want parents involved in the treatment process which allows them to be more open within treatment. Family involvement will be discussed upon intake.

Adults (18+)- Explore short term/long term goals and create a treatment plan specific to the individual around core issues making it difficult to live a fulfilled life. Weekly accountability worksheets as well as calls in between session if needed for added support.

Families- (All ages)- Through a family systems perspective, work to identify collective and individual needs of the family.

Message to clients

Finding the most cohesive match is important when looking for a therapist. It's my intention that each person I work with feel safe and heard while participating in their own growth and healing. Throughout the process I will make recommendations I feel are appropriate for the success of treatment goals as well as work with current providers to collaborate on care. Communication and consistency is of the utmost importance. Within our free 15 minute consultation call we will be able to identify specific goals and hopes for healing and expansion. If you are unable to fully identify your needs that's ok too. Healing is a process and we can adapt treatment as we go.

My hope is that each person I work with feel a sense of containment and comfort while they process challenging emotions. I am available for zoom sessions as well as in person sessions within my office in Los Angeles CA.
