Apart from the more traditional techniques, such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Somatic Experience, and Prolonged Exposure Therapy, she also uses Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Hypnosis, dreamwork, visualization, journaling, art and play therapy, or a combination of these.

Simultaneously to working on processing the trauma, Dr Bee also focuses on the strengths and resilience you are bringing with you, and the balance each client wants to (re) create in life, in relationships and in work.

For the last 10 years Dr Bee has extensively worked with children, teenagers, adults and older adults, who brought in variety of traumatic experiences, such as abuse, rape, violence, accidents, and war time experiences.

Dr. Bee welcomes all who have the courage to seek healing and to reclaim their lives. As an experienced tele-mental health practitioner she offers the convenience of remote sessions.

Message to clients

Trauma is an all encompassing affliction.

It is the central issue in most mental health difficulties.

Untreated, trauma has a tendency to determine your worldview. It can hold you hostage in a small world, where you try to avoid the triggers that cause you to have flashbacks or nightmares. And it can also determine the quality of your relationships with other people, your work, and of your ability to enjoy life.

I know from personal experience that it takes a great deal of courage to face the process of healing from trauma. It means you will have to face the fear, the pain, the anger, and the hopelessness.

However, you do not have to do it alone. I will walk right beside you and as you are walking forward I will hand you tools to process and regulate your emotions, to deprogram your brain, and to remove those painful shards of trauma from your body, mind and soul.

Together we can get you your life back.
