Message to clients

Reclaim Your Life Today: Live the Life You Want to Live

I have deep regard for everyone's unique story and am absolutely confident that my clients can have the life they want to live and I am grateful to be invited to do the work with them to get them there.

The principles of curiosity, availability and permission frame the dialog which is our work together.  I also encourage a practice of gratitude, “Gratitude is not a denial that life is sometimes hard, Gratitude is an admission that life isn’t hard all of the time.”

Understanding how our past has influenced our life enables us to recognize that we have choices today; the past is a window into what has already happened, the future is formed out of the present that we live today.  Through our dialog clients are able to reclaim their life from the past so they can be free to be the person they want to be, living the life they want to have.
