Professional statement

Bianca invites Curiosity, Compassion, Connection to facilitate Change(s) within ourselves and utlimately our systems. We root into and connect/listen to our Bodies (Spiritual bodies, Emotional bodies, Physical bodies) and the Earth to inform how we will move.

I ground into my lived experience, the wisdom of our Ancestors, including our Land. I also weave in somatic/body, Internal Family Systems, and Attachment Theories (with a loving skepticism). In our work, I may also encourage you to ground into and explore your/our collective Lineages and Practices if this feels supportive.

I facilitate braves spaces for individuals and families to share and grow. I understand the importance and necessity to heal ourselves in relationship to our world around us. And at the same time, the necessity to push the status quo of our environments and systems that cause us harm both individually and collectively.

Message to clients

I am a Revolutionary Mother and aim to be in transformational and accountable relationships with myself, family, community, and the Land. I’ve spent a lifetime exploring self-healing, knowing the inter-connectedness to all others and environments around us.

I partner with those ready to explore their own wounds so that they can be in loving relationships with themselves, one another, and the Land.

I believe that spending time on our healing allows for us to enhance our capacity to rebuild or shift our systems with liberation at its center. My approach is heart centered, somatic, centering equity and liberation for us all.

I was raised in a multi-cultural and multiethnic home, where we were encouraged to celebrate our identities at home. Being raised with multiple influences of identity also caused confusion and conflict both internally and in the outside world. I was born and raised in the border city of El Paso TX and have ancestral roots in Mexico, Spain, and Germany. Through my own healing and learning, I am on a continuous and ever evolving journey of how to embrace and love my whole self while I raise multi racial children with a supportive partner and community in the Appalachian Mountains.
