Professional statement

Hello!

I'm both a travel advisor and a licensed mental health therapist with a boutique private practice. I work collaboratively with a select number of highly motivated women and couples eager to radically transform themselves, their relationships, careers, and more.

Together, we quickly unpack the barriers preventing you from moving forward in your life and identify actionable steps that empower you to reach your potential with a new found confidence. With couples, I focus on premarital work and strengthening your current marriage.

Clients start with an initial 55 minute consult and then ongoing 30-60 minute follow up consultations are available as appropriate. Please message me for additional information and fees.

I offer sessions virtually due to COVID and will resume in person sessions in Boston and other locations around the world once it is safe. I also offer small group retreats throughout the year and work with clients to customize a fully booked itinerary and travel experience that fosters both internal and external growth.
