Citlali (seet-la-lee) welcomes millennials & zillennials who feel out of balance and unsure of where to take their lives, particularly those who were raised with self-involved parents. Many individuals that work with Citlali seek therapy to explore their minds, spirits, and consciousnesses. They seek to break free from feelings & patterns of shame, and to unearth trauma that has held them stagnant. Instead, finding ways to move you towards wholeness.
Citlali's approach is unique in that she utilizes a psycho-spiritual lens to her work with clients. Certified as a psychedelic assisted psychotherapist who offers Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), she integrates conciousness work on levels, including hypnosis, energetics, and dreamwork. Citlali draws from Spirituality, she is a lifelong student of Andean Cosmology and Nordic Shamanism, a yogi, and shamanic reiki master. Her focus is to connect the wisdom of these teachings with the soul, and the mind.
Research has shown that your connection with your therapist is more important than the type of therapy they do. With that being said, Citlali pulls from a variety of modalities. She predominately uses Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), Psychodynamic, and person-centered, and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) all through a Spiritual & Shamanic lens.
