They seek to break free from feelings shame & patterns of over-sacrificing and resenting later, and to unearth trauma that has held them stagnant. Citlali's approach is unique in that she utilizes a psycho-spiritual lens to her work with clients. Certified as a psychedelic-assisted psychotherapist and certified hypnotherapist, she offers guidance to the deepest levels of your subconscious mind. Moreover, she integrates conciousness work through energetics, and dreamwork. Citlali draws from Spirituality, she is a lifelong student of Andean Cosmology and Nordic Shamanism, a yogini, and shamanic reiki master. Her focus is to connect the wisdom of these teachings with the soul, inner child, and the mind.
