Message to clients

Life can be challenging and asking for help takes courage. Engaging in therapy can lead to many benefits such as better communication skills, improved relationships, increased self-esteem, relief from many mental health conditions, and the ability to manage stress.

I work with adolescents, adults, and older adults, and my interests include addiction, stress, anxiety, depression and other mood disorders, grief and loss, life transitions, and relationship concerns. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where all my clients can share their thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment.

I am honored to support individuals of all ages while they make positive changes and navigate through the various hurdles in life. I am part of a group practice called Cambridge Psychology Group. I invite you to call and spend a few minutes with me to discuss how working together can get you closer to your goals today!
