Congratulations on taking your first step in the right direction. Sometimes asking for help can be hard. I can offer you a safe place where you can speak from your heart without judgement. I have been in counseling, and I have seen the benefits on both sides of the desk. I also know that it is not only you that benefits; the people around you benefit as well. We will work together to develop a treatment plan that works for you. There is no right or wrong way to do this. We can go as fast or as slow as you are comfortable with. I look forward to working with you. Thank you.
