Helen Williamson Elliott, MS, LPC is a mental health counselor who lives and practices in Fort Worth, Texas. She sees clients in the office or online.

Ms. Elliott enjoys working with clients who are teens struggling with anxiety and depression, young parents who would like to feel more in control of the situation while raising their kids, and young professionals struggling to find the balance between family, career and personal goals. She also enjoys helping those whose personal relationships seem out of control. Ms. Elliott welcomes and enjoys working with the LGBTQ population.

Ms. Elliott believes that everyone brings their own strengths to the table and probably just needs a little shift to make life easier and more productive. She is very practical, promotes self care, and teaches others how to be their best selves.

I am looking forward to finding a way to turn things around for you. It may be uncomfortable to talk about yourself with a stranger at first but I assure you I will listen and commit my attention to your concerns. We will talk about small changes you can make right away to help things turn around.
