Professional statement

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering therapy to adolescents, college students, couples, and adults in Providence, Rhode Island. Through my compassionate and empathetic approach, I foster a safe and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I understand that each individual's journey is unique and tailor my therapeutic interventions to meet the specific needs and goals of my clients.

In my practice, I help clients navigate a variety of challenges, including but not limited to grief and loss, relationship issues, and personal growth. I assist clients in understanding how past experiences may be influencing their present behavior and emotions, empowering them to make positive changes in their lives. My therapeutic approach is holistic, addressing not only the immediate concerns but also focusing on long-term well-being and personal development.

I recognize the importance of building strong and healthy relationships, both with oneself and with others. I work collaboratively with clients to establish goals that promote deepening connections in significant relationships, enhancing self-awareness and self-acceptance, and fostering a sense of inner peace and fulfillment. My goal is to locate the inherent strength and resilience of each individual while supporting my clients every step of the way on their journey towards healing and personal growth.
