Hi, and I am so glad you are here! You took a brave and perhaps overwhelming step towards feeling better, which, You deserve! I am here to walk this unique journey with you, whatever that looks like. You may have talked to family/friends, gone to workshops, read books, and done podcasts but are still feeling disconnected from your Self, life, career, or relationship. I’m a therapist who is holistically committed to help you find clarity, self-awareness, connection, and wellness. I’m here to make sure you don’t feel alone in this process, shine a light onto things you may not have noticed, and help you feel empowered to be your best self, and live your best life now.

Therapist's note

I do offer packages to clients wishing to purchase hours in advance. This is useful in that we can schedule a session for an uninterrupted amount of time depending on your needs. I offer prepay clients a free hour with each 5 hour package. This pricing offer is limited and does not apply to sliding scale clients.
