Maddison Adimora is a nationally-accredited Licensed Professional Counselor based in Texas. Maddison’s practice, iMINDS Counseling & Wellness, PLLC, is a completely virtual experience allowing her clients to create safe spaces wherever they are to engage in therapeutic healing. Maddison utilizes an eclectic approach of person-centered, solution-focused, trauma-informed, cognitive-behavioral, and existential therapies. Maddison believes that no one theoretical approach can solve all of a person's problems because people are not one dimensional. Maddison works within an approach that allows her to pull from multiple frameworks to tailor her counseling style to meet her clients individualized needs.
In sessions, Maddison allows her clients to determine the depth and direction they want to take while providing a navigating compass to guide her clients to their inner-strengths and healing peace. Overall, Maddison’s therapy style is to facilitate her client’s mental wellness in a discerning, down-to-earth, and practical way.
