Spirituality - Exploring the internal connection that we feel with source energy or with the divine. This may relate to god, or a specific deity like Jesus or Buddha, but I often speak about spirituality in terms of the Universe and with our own connection to ourselves and the connection to something that is larger than ourselves. I work with clients around exploring what their own unique sense of spirituality means to them.
Psychotherapeutic Reiki - A gentle, hands-on therapeutic technique that relieves stress, promotes balance and harmony, and supports your own healing process
Self-esteem - Cultivate stronger sense of self; increase assertiveness, confidence, and self-compassion
Existential challenges / crises - Questioning purpose, spirituality, existence; finding one’s path and voice, especially when it differs from society's expectations
Life transitions - Adjusting to parenthood, college, new relationships, career transitions and direction; mid-life existential, relationship, and career challenges; losing one’s drive or burn out; learning self-care
Women's issues - Therapy tailored to common concerns among women; providing a safe and understanding space to address life challenges, stressors, and questions around identity as a woman
