Professional statement

After earning her Master’s in Social Work, Margaret went to Brazil and began working in marginalized communities that were ravaged by violence. She has committed her life to working with marginalized communities, including clients in extreme crisis immediately following a domestic violence or sexual assault, dual diagnosis drug users, and children and adults involved in the foster care system. She has worked with people that have been impacted by serious traumatic events and has seen first-hand how understanding behavioral change can positively impact someone's life.

Margaret believes we are all capable of creating great change, but has also seen how small changes can make a huge, positive impact on clients. She can accompany you on your journey of self-reflection and give you the tools to surmount the obstacles that are holding you back.

Message to clients

Life is a constant cycle of growing, changing, and evolving into different versions of ourselves. As we grow, our perspectives widen and we are able to reflect on how certain behaviors and choices are affecting our ability to reach our goals. I walk my clients through this learning process and give them the tools and strategies they need to conquer the challenges they are facing in life.
