I use a holistic approach when supporting your healing to consider all aspects of your life; physical, emotional, cognitive, behavioral, and environmental. I have been trained in modalities such as EMDR, Motivational Interviewing and Attachment Based Practices to help foster healing. We will collaborate to meet the goals you have by creating a treatment that fits your needs.
I have a background of working with people with complex trauma, depression, and anxiety. I also have extensive experience working with survivors of domestic violence and children. I am currently accepting clients who have the following insurance: Cigna, Aetna, United Healthcare, Anthem Blue Cross California, Oxford, and Oscar Health.
Anxiety - Coping with excessive worry, nervousness, or stress; intense discomfort in social settings (social anxiety); sudden and intense feelings of panic (panic disorder)

Domestic violence - Caring support along the pathway to safety, wellbeing, and healing for those surviving a partner’s abusive attempts to control one’s thoughts, beliefs, and actions
Family issues - Promoting communication and supporting family members to address challenges and reduce conflict and distress
Relationship issues - Understanding one’s wants and needs in relationships; exploring patterns of interaction, addressing concerns, and strengthening satisfaction in relationships and dating
Trauma - Coping and healing after threatening or scary events, such as witnessing accidents or experiencing sexual, verbal, emotional, or physical abuse
