Professional statement

I am part of Sana Therapy Collective where we believe in the importance of using a systems approach; one that takes into account racial and social justice intersectionality, sexual and gender identity, disability, power, and privilege.

I use a holistic approach when supporting your healing to consider all aspects of your life; physical, emotional, cognitive, behavioral, and environmental. I have been trained in modalities such as EMDR, Motivational Interviewing and Attachment Based Practices to help foster healing. We will collaborate to meet the goals you have by creating a treatment that fits your needs.

I have a background of working with people with complex trauma, depression, and anxiety. I also have extensive experience working with survivors of domestic violence and children. I am currently accepting clients who have the following insurance: Cigna, Aetna, United Healthcare, Anthem Blue Cross California, Oxford, and Oscar Health.

Message to clients

Hi there, welcome! Are you struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, or maybe you’re feeling stuck? Are you are a parent in search for therapy for your child? Or are you looking for family therapy? I can support you with working through these issues. Looking for help is a big step and you have been courageous to do that! If you feel ready to see some change in your life and allow yourself the time to heal in therapy, I can provide a safe space where you can process these challenges and experience a balanced life.

I am caring and supportive with experience in a variety of modalities. Therapy is not an all size fits one, we will collaborate to find the best treatment to fit your needs. I use a systems lens to include your cultural identity and individualize your plan.
