Message to clients

I can honestly say that I am absolutely energized by my work and have a true passion for therapy and helping others thrive. I think it is so important as a therapist for me to be authentic and genuine during sessions with my clients so we both feel comfortable with the therapeutic relationship. The type of therapy I practice incorporates the mind/body connection to help you become empowered in all aspects of your life. My goal with clients is to help them find what fulfills them and learn how to embrace the ups and downs of their lives.

If you are interested in starting your therapeutic journey with me please send me an email and we can set up a free 15 minute consultation to ensure we are a good fit. I have immediate evening and weekend availability!
