Message to clients

I love the work that I do and the opportunity to see clients work on themselves and improve. My clients describe me as warm, engaging, approachable, insightful and compassionate. My approach is to collaborate with you, provide helpful interpretations, assist with new tools and skills, and support you as you grow, heal, and face challenges. I want you to feel that you have real takeaways from our sessions and have the opportunity to integrate further what we cover in session.

I use an Eclectic approach and utilize different modalities so the therapy is tailored to your unique needs and circumstances. I believe that we have to gain new insights and awareness into ourselves and our pasts so we can see real change moving forward. My hope is that through our work together, you will form a new and better understanding of yourself.

I may challenge you when appropriate and encourage you to work through discomfort. When we are able to embrace and confront uncomfortable feelings & experiences, this is when we will change and grow the most.
