Rodman is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (#130999) and a Registered Addiction Counselor with additional training in EMDR. His clinical and professional experience includes working in diversely populated, community counseling clinics as well as outpatient treatment centers to treat mental health disorders including: depression, anxiety, addiction & substance use, grief & loss, and trauma. Self-esteem - looking at the role and prevalence self-judgment and self-criticism play in your life and create shame and self-doubt; developing ways to reduce suffering, anxiety, social withdrawal, and self-neglect while fostering a better sense of your own self-worth
Shame - Exploring how shame shows up in one’s life and the origins of this shame, especially in specific situations or environments; processing through this shame and developing an empowerment through self-compassion.
Depression - Providing support and promoting healing of hopelessness, low motivation and energy, sadness, irritability, sleep disturbance, and loss of interest and pleasure in life; breaking cycles and patterns that cause depressive symptoms while exploring better self-care practices.
