Sharma Bennett is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and life coach in Los Angeles, CA. With over 25 years of education and experience in her field, Sharma helps individuals make the transformation they want in their life, whether in relationships with others or with themselves. She does so using a supportive, integrative approach that relies on psychodynamic, interpersonal, and cognitive behavioral therapies.
Working with individuals, couples, families, and teens, Sharma tends to be interactive in sessions, customizing treatment to the unique needs of each individual. Sharma sees psychotherapy as a framework for identifying, understanding and working through problems that can cause people to feel lost, stuck or insecure in their life. She strives to assist you in finding clarity and purpose in your life and believes the goal of the work is empowering clients to reach aspired levels of productivity and fulfillment.
Sharma Bennett has worked with individuals, families, and couples in a number of facilities including UCLA Behavioral Health, Kaiser Psychiatry. She continues to supervise graduate students in the process of completing clinical work toward licensing. Her office is in the Brentwood Glen area of Los Angeles, and she is available for in office and remote sessions.
