When Tayler works with a client, she helps them to create sustainable change. She works to help alleviate the exhaustion from stress and anxiety of the day to day, work through tough transitions, and provide support and encouragement. Tayler specializes in helping work through anxiety, life transitions, loss, and improving self-esteem. She teaches coping skills while relying on client's strengths to change and grow!
Tayler is a therapist with an authentic, real approach. She is here to be a cheerleader, help with the hard stuff, and create lasting change. The primary focus of Tayler's career is behavioral change and self-growth, with a cognitive-behavioral approach. She designs and creates specific programs based on research, using proven techniques, tips, and tricks.
In 2004, Tayler received her undergraduate degree from University of Colorado, Boulder. She went on to graduate with a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Regis University in 2008. She has been in practice since 2008 and has over 15 years of experience serving diverse populations.
Throughout the course of her career in counseling, she has the honor of having served many, diverse populations, in individual and group settings. She looks forward to bringing this experience and sharing with what works!
