Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, LMFT Specialties • Insurance & Fees • LocationsHello! I’ve been a therapist for over 18 years with a passion and commitment to help clients overcome addiction and/or mental health issues. During my time, I have worked with diverse populations and developed expertise in various treatment modalities.
My primary focus is working with adults struggling with addiction, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem, life transitions, and interpersonal challenges. Using evidence-based practices, I utilize distinct, culturally-appropriate, multidimensional interventions based on client needs and goals.
Having a positive therapeutic experience starts with a trusting relationship. My approach is to motivate and challenge my client’s potential so that through hard work and self-determination they can achieve the level of success and happiness they deserve.
Clients have described me as compassionate, motivating, caring, committed and displaying a sense of humor, while being challenging, direct and honest throughout the process. By giving clients my undivided attention, education, guidance, empathy and empowerment, I create a supportive, safe, non-judgmental space where they can process emotions and experience interpersonal changes in their journey of healing and growth.
I provide individual, family and couples psychotherapy. Sessions are offered in-person or via telehealth. Walking therapy is also available based on individual needs and comfort level. Call me for a free consultation and let’s get started!
