I'm here to help you work through your trauma, release unhelpful relational and emotional patterns, and create the life you want to live.

I work with client who are struggling with self-esteem, anxiety/OCD, relationships and intimacy, identity concerns, and complex trauma. I am affirming of diverse relationship structures (polyamory/ENM), and practice therapy that is gender-affirming.
