Message to clients

Many individuals seek me out when they've reached the limits of traditional talk therapy and desire alternative tools or approaches. Particularly when dealing with trauma and difficult past experiences, this involves delving deeper into repressed emotions and memories that continue to affect and shape our lives. It may necessitate revisiting challenging memories, which is why I incorporate EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).

I find myself particularly invigorated when working with individuals who are deeply curious about self-development and harbor a love for personal growth. I’m a growth junkie myself. My approach stems from an unending curiosity about the human experience. I've devoted my life to understanding the diverse facets of the human condition, realizing that healing takes having multiple perspectives. I embrace Eastern and Western philosophies, including Buddhism and Psychoanalysis, Jungian psychology, and Psychedelic Integration, the Enneagram, and the Mind-Body connection. My diverse interests provide varied healing perspectives that I offer to my clients.

My therapeutic style is warm, direct, and highly attuned. I prioritize creating a safe, non-judgmental space for you to open up and be honest. I aim to be a mirror and guide, and nurture unwavering loyalty to your authentic self.
