ARISE Psychotherapy Services is a small group practice that provides psychotherapy services to clients ages eight and up. We offer a strength-based, client-centered approach that is always tailored to each individual's unique needs and life circumstances. ARISE psychotherapists are experienced, competent professionals who draw from multiple evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Schema Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.
Identifying and building upon strengths and understanding what you value, both now and in the future, are essential components to the work you will be doing with an ARISE psychotherapist. If your current actions and direction in life are not aligned with what your values and goals are, we want to identify what changes we can make so that they are. In addition to this, we also work to recognize and address significant past relationships, traumatic experiences, and life events that are contributing to current unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors.
Our work together will be unique to your own personal treatment goals and to what you are struggling with. Among other areas, we work with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and current and past trauma. When you’re ready, we look forward to guiding and supporting you in your journey of healing and meaningful change.
The experienced psychotherapists at ARISE Psychotherapy Services specialize in a variety of areas, including trauma, depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, life transitions, and stress management. We work with individuals from the age of eight and up, and draw from multiple evidence-based therapy modalities in our work with clients.
Psychotherapists at ARISE Psychotherapy Services strive to ensure that you always feel valued, safe, comfortable, and heard in the work that we do together. When working with one of our psychotherapists, you can be sure you are working with a competent professional who is truly invested in helping you realize the meaningful changes you seek. We utilize multiple evidence-based treatment approaches tailored to your own unique needs and life circumstances.
ARISE Psychotherapy Services is in network with multiple health insurances, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Neighborhood Health Plan of RI (NHP), Harvard Pilgrim, Optum, and United Healthcare Student Health Insurance plans. Please refer to the list of insurances accepted on this page as well.
ARISE also accepts out of network insurance clients. If you have a health insurance that is not in our network and offers out of network benefits, we will provide you with what is called a superbilll, which clients can then send to their insurance company and request reimbursement. Insurance companies and plans differ on what they cover, so we recommend discussing this with your insurance company yourself first.
Self-pay rates are $175/60 minute intake session, $150/45 minute psychotherapy session, $175/couple's session.
ARISE Psychotherapy Services provides individual psychotherapy to clients ages eight and up. We are currently offering virtual telehealth sessions only, but hope to be opening back up to in-person sessions again soon.
