I know how important relationships are, and how little we are taught about how to do them! I work with women who are feeling disconnected from themselves. Women who are struggling with body image issues, eating disorders, trauma, boundaries and relationship issues. I'm here to help facilitate a relationship between you and all parts of you. I believe there is creativity, reflection and expression inside of everyone and it can be easier to communicate without words. I bring warmth and energy to the room and levity to situations that can sometimes feel overwhelming and heavy.
I practice using an integrative approach to therapy, drawing upon art therapy modalities, Internal Family Systems, humanistic, transpersonal/mindfulness practices, and a social-justice orientation of multiculturalism and diversity to inform and provide an empathetic foundation from which the process of growth can flourish.
I believe that the use of art in therapy can be a powerful tool to express thoughts and feelings that sometimes cannot be verbalized, as well as being an extension of the authentic self. My goal is to walk alongside clients to get in touch with their true self so they can genuinely live life.

I work with many artists, creative folks, non-conventional/non-conforming people who are on their path of healing.I get people excited about being creative, and I make people feel like what they’re saying is important. One of my gifts is the ability to balance depth and fun- I can easily go from laughing to sharing intense emotions. I am grateful for my intuition, creative expression, embodiment and balance of my divine yin and yang energies. I love art, rituals, the ocean, and helping others find their magic.
Make Space Therapy is out of network, and provides superbills if necessary. Our fees range from $150-$230.
Anxiety - Coping with excessive worry, nervousness, or stress; intense discomfort in social settings (social anxiety); sudden and intense feelings of panic (panic disorder)
Eating disorders & disordered eating - Reducing unhealthy eating patterns, beliefs, and behaviors, such as restricting, purging, and binging; healing the emotional pain surrounding disordered eating
Relationship issues - Understanding one’s wants and needs in relationships; exploring patterns of interaction, addressing concerns, and strengthening satisfaction in relationships and dating
Mind-body connection - Practicing mindfulness to draw together how the body feels physically and how the mind feels mentally; healing both physically and mentally
Self-doubt - Exploring how self-doubt shows up in one’s life and the origins of this self-doubt; training oneself in self-esteem and confidence
Abandonment issues - Developing an understanding of one’s abandonment issues, including their origins and how they impact relationships; practicing trust and growing confidence in relationships
