He has had the opportunity to work in a variety of healthcare settings—including teaching hospitals, NGOs (such as Doctors without Borders), and outpatient health clinics across the US and Canada. Solomon has always had a passion for providing mental health services to the community. He became a Licensed Psychiatric Nurse in 2007 after his desire to provide the best mental health services led him to obtain a Master's degree as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
