Before working in private practice, she worked at Bridges Mental Health Clinic and Saratoga County Day Treatment Center. She received her MSW from SUNY Albany. She looks forward to meeting you.

Message to clients

Finding the right therapist makes all the difference, so here’s a few things about how I work. I believe in basic kindness and honesty and that all people are incredible in their own way. I will work as hard as you want at the pace you want, or take things really slowly if the idea of therapy makes you nervous. Whatever your pace, I will also remind you to have fun along the way, because a big part of healing is reconnecting with the small joys and humorous moments of life.
