Message to clients

I am excited you have chosen to take the first step towards your healing, self-discovery, & making a change in your life. I am here to listen, support, & encourage you in a safe and non-judgmental environment when you are ready to talk.

I understand the road of life is not always straight and smooth, often there are winding, hilly, and sometimes, “watch out for the falling rocks” type of roads. I have personally experienced many obstacles and challenging roads in life. There were times that I thought I was losing control and going off road. The twists and turns of life can be difficult; however, I’ve learned if we have a map the roads are much easier to navigate. I believe that the counseling process is a journey of self-understanding, self-awareness, and healing.

I am an integrative therapist who believes that no two people or situations are alike. My approach allows me to personalize therapy to suit your needs, equipping you with tools to be successful in achieving your goals.
