Message to clients

Have you ever experienced or witnessed things like abuse, bullying, addiction, loss, grief, depression, trauma and felt that you were alone, not heard, not loved, not supported, and felt like everything was your fault, but don’t understand why you feel like this? Do you have worries, anxieties, and fears about sharing your feelings because you are embarrassed, feeling like you would be weak, or no one would understand? I ask these questions because I had asked them myself over many years until I took the leap and accepted help because I could not overcome those challenges by myself. Things like the historic stigma is one of those things that held me back for a long time. Maybe that is something that affects you too.

What I would like to offer you is a safe space where you can be heard, supported, help you know that you are not alone along with changing negative thoughts into positive ones, building self-esteem, increase self-confidence, provide encouragement, and ultimately walk with you through your journey while you have those ups and downs. I hope that I can help you feel better about yourself, and you find your way to who you really are – an amazing person. As Winnie the Pooh says, “I always get to where I'm going by walking away from where I have been.” -A. A. Milne
