Many of Rebecca’s clients come in to address anxiety, life transitions, dating, or relationship issues. Rebecca is particularly passionate about serving women navigating anxiety and relationship issues, recent graduates, those in transitional periods, and neurodivergent folks. She also has advanced training in the area of Anxiety, Attention Deficit Disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Rebecca works from a client-centered approach, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and holistic approaches such as mindfulness and movement, helping clients to examine thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors to understand what is or isn't working and find healthier approaches that work. In session, Rebecca focuses on breathing exercises and relaxation tools that can be used in high-stress environments or situations, as well as journaling and other creative expressions. This approach supports clients to feel more relaxed and authentically themselves in social situations, at work, and while navigating new or long-term relationships.
Rebecca's style is warm, engaging, and non-judgmental. When clients first start therapy, they will establish a strong relationship and comfortable environment while working to understand the client's history as well as personal goals and preferences.
Rebecca received her Masters in Counseling with an LPCC Emphasis from Chapman University. She has worked at local clinics connected to school districts throughout Orange County, and an ASD focused practice. Outside of private practice, She enjoys crocheting, international travel, and exploring new restaurants. Rebecca offers both in-person and remote therapy sessions.
