Message to clients

I know sometimes life can be challenging. It takes great courage to know when you need help. I applaud you for reaching out! I can't tell you how much I look forward to hearing from you!

As far as I can see, suffering is inevitable, but we can choose to relate to suffering in a way that has the grace of self-compassion. This is what I hope to support you with. I know how painful life can be, and I also know it can help to have someone to talk to who wants to listen and who truly understands.

Through my own experience of grief and loss I know how hard it can be to go through life transitions. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I also know that sometimes it can be hard to feel supported in being who you are. I want to know that person--the brave, beautiful you--and help you feel safe enough to feel the feels and share who you truly are with all it's colors.

It's amazing to work with clients in the comfort of their own home through tele-health. Although COVID was hard, one of the silver linings was the fact that therapy can be available to anyone with Wi-Fi.

I'm so glad you are seeking support. Let's take this journey of healing together... <3
