Professional statement

Sally Evans is a licensed professional counselor in Texas and works with adults 18 and older. She specializes in anxiety management, women's issues, depression, grief, and career counseling. She helps her clients uncover problems by discussing difficult circumstances, relationships, and ways of thinking contributing to their stress.

Sally understands that each person is unique and tries to match her approach to your needs. For 25 years, she has aimed to impart to her clients a toolbox of highly effective practices that reduce stress, worry, and other issues.

Sessions with Sally will lead to you learning how to build strategies to help you make the changes you want. You will learn to use your body, mind, and spirit for more peace and comfort. No one will completely eliminate anxiety, but you can learn to manage it through different strategies and coping techniques.

She also likes to have fun with her clients. Therapy isn't all about gloom and doom. It's about positive change!

Sally Evens utilizes Cognitive behavioral therapy, relaxation techniques, and anxiety management based on the needs of each client.
