Message to clients

Hi! I’m Sarah, a psychodynamic and relational therapist. As such, I help you feel less alone while navigating the challenges in the world today. I do so by making our sessions a safe place where we work together to help explore your current thoughts, feelings, emotions, and past experiences. All this can be overwhelming, but I am here to support you every step of the journey.

I have experience working with women’s issues, anxiety, body image, disordered eating, sexual violence, as well as many other life stressors. I specialize in working with both individuals and couples on exploring sexuality and intimacy.

Another one of my specialty areas is college students and recent college graduates. I provide a safe and empathetic space for young adults to navigate the challenges they face during this transformative period. With a deep understanding of the academic, social, and emotional pressures that college and post-college life can bring, I offer tailored guidance and support to help my clients foster personal growth. My goal is to empower my clients to build resilience and make informed decisions that lead to their overall well-being for years to come!

I value body and sex-positivity, as well as anti-oppressive practice. We will work together towards growth and healing. No matter what you are going through, I am here to help you gain practical skills, grow in self compassion, and live your best life.
