Message to clients

Hi! I’m Sarah. As a psychodynamic and relational therapist I help you feel less alone while navigating the challenges in the world today. I do so by making our sessions a safe place where we work together to help explore your current thoughts, feelings, emotions, and past experiences. All this can be overwhelming, but I am here to support you every step of the journey.

Even from early on I knew I wanted to be a therapist. I’ve found that I excel in connecting with others by creating warm, genuine environments where people can feel safe to be their true self. Building a unique relationship with each person allows me to identify your specific strengths, challenges, needs, and goals. Working collaboratively we get to focus on building self understanding, improving your life, overcoming challenges, and have a few laughs on the way.

As a person and a therapist, I value body and sex-positivity, as well as anti-oppressive practice. Combining my own experiences from Florida State University and New York University, along with your expertise about your own life and self, we will work together towards growth and healing. No matter what you are going through, I am here to help you gain practical skills, grow in self compassion, and live your best life.
