I offer a consultation session to new patients; if you continue, it's billed as your 1st session. If you decide our conversation isn't helpful there's no charge. Consultations are a full session, 45 minutes.

My fee is $200-$300 per session, I have several slots for sliding scale patients, including graduate students, Therapist Interns, and public school teachers. They are all currently full.

While I don't accept any insurance, if you have a PPO plan my biller can provide superbills if you would like to submit invoices to fulfill your out of network deductible or seek reimbursement for your therapy. She currently charges $10, and she can either provide you with the superbill, or for some insurance plans, she's able to submit your superbill directly to your insurance.

Dream group, nonviolent compassionate communication practice groups, and poly group sessions are $150 per person, and meet for 2 hours. If you're interested, please email to be added to a list. Group times are available on Wednesdays and Saturdays between 10 am to 12 noon.

Message to clients

I work with diverse outliers, by which I mean people who have complex identities who don't completely fit fully into any one of their heritages, communities, families, or within what is often defined as "normative" ranges of functioning. If this is you, you may want connection but have not felt understood by others, and you may feel different or unseen. I provide social justice oriented, sex positive, LGBTQ+ affirming, culturally affirming psychotherapy; deep listening in a safe space to support your wellbeing, finding life purpose that energizes you, and to grow or heal fulfilling relationships.

I specialize with creative and sensitive patients who identify as or who’ve experience(d) neurodivergence; childhood, complex, and attachment trauma; LGBTQIA; multi-racial; stroke survivors; alternative sexuality; and polyamorous. I’ve been leading groups since 2008 in NVC, Dreamwork, Meditation, and Women’s Processing.

My approach involves integrating different techniques that resonate in our work together; this may include Jungian and Relational perspectives, depth psychotherapy, somatic/ embodiment/ mind-body modalities, and subtle-body/energetic practices, dream/ numinous work, and transpersonal perspectives.
