Message to clients

Relationships are hard. Falling in love is easy, but staying in love presents challenges that are both common and unique!

Couples often find themselves in conflict with the person they love most. If you are having the same fight over and over or can't seem to resolve core issues, I can help. Most couples need assistance to learn better communication tools. I can teach you how to work through areas of disagreement in a way that will help you to feel satisfied and more connected to one another.

Or, perhaps you are a couple who has grown apart. The deep intimate connection that you used to feel is a distant memory. You might be functioning but feel more like roommates than romantic partners. I can teach you about what makes relationships succeed or fail and get you started on intimacy-building communication and behaviors.

I believe that it's never too early or too late to get the relationship you want and deserve. I work with couples before marriage in premarital counseling to help them set their foundation. I also work with couples who are on the brink of divorce and need help making a conscious decision about what to do next.

When we strengthen our relationships, we build a strong future for ourselves and for the upcoming generation.

With over 30 years of experience, I am confident that I can help you!
