Skypiatrist is a physician-owned and operated telepsychiatry practice providing comprehensive psychiatric care to patients throughout New York, the tri-state area and other participating states. Our team includes board-certified psychiatrists, therapists, and specialists who treat the full range of psychiatric conditions including depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, OCD, PTSD, reproductive psychiatry, addictions, and other mental health concerns. While our practice focuses primarily on medication management, we also offer psychotherapy services and work collaboratively to provide integrated care.

Unlike many behavioral health practices, we exclusively employ medical doctors (MDs and DOs) as our prescribing clinicians. We do not utilize nurse practitioners or physician assistants, allowing patients direct access to physicians with extensive medical and psychiatric training. All psychiatric evaluations and follow-ups are conducted by psychiatrists, ensuring that patients receive a comprehensive physician assessment from the start of treatment. Our psychiatrists represent a variety of specialties, including General Adult Psychiatry, Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Geriatric Psychiatry, Addiction Psychiatry, and Reproductive Psychiatry.

Skypiatrist is in-network with many major insurance plans, including Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medicare, Optum, Oscar, Oxford, and UnitedHealthcare plans. We also strive to minimize wait times, with appointments available within one week. Our goal is to provide expert, evidence-based psychiatric care that is both accessible and personalized to each patient's needs.
