Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC Practice: Grow TherapyAutumn Moran is a licensed professional counselor in the state of Texas, a Certified Life Coach, and a yoga instructor. She graduated from William Carey University in 2015 and relocated to Dallas at that time. Autumn understands that day-to-day life can become hectic and unmanageable when one has past issues that are unresolved or when one's stress levels simply become too overwhelming, so she is here to help you navigate your world while increasing positive coping skills and improving your overall quality of life.
As a trauma survivor who has successfully managed her own mental health issues, mental health is personal for Autumn. The interventions and support she provides are evidence-based and include DBT, CBT, mindfulness, meditation, yoga/body movement, breath awareness, and a focus on self-care, self-love, and self-acceptance.
Anxiety - Coping with excessive worry, nervousness, or stress; intense discomfort in social settings (social anxiety); sudden and intense feelings of panic (panic disorder)
Panic attacks / panic disorder - Brief, intense periods of overwhelming fear or anxiety
Performance anxiety - Underperforming, due exclusively to anxiety
Social anxiety - Helping clients increase confidence and ability to interact with others amidst fear of being judged, worry about embarrassment, or concern about offending others
Climate anxiety - Coping with the unique stress created by climate change, including managing any overwhelming feelings of impending disaster and finding outlets for advocacy
Worry - Learning how worry shows up in one’s life and exploring how worry impacts daily life, relationships, and wellbeing; developing coping skills to mitigate the impacts of worry
