Certification - International Association of Yoga Therapists, C-IAYT Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW Certified Yoga Instructor Advanced Reiki Practitioner Specialties • Insurance & Fees • LocationsJaclyn Sappah is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Yoga Therapist/Instructor, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and Advanced Reiki Practitioner. Jaclyn takes a holistic approach to healing, and works with clients who face challenges with anxiety/panic, trauma, depression, low self esteem, chronic illness, infertility, and more. Jaclyn’s clients tend to be stressed out to the point that they have trouble sleeping, eating, or feeling present in their day-to-day lives. They feel disconnected and like they’re not living authentically, though they’re trapped in their routines and can’t find a way to make change. Jaclyn guides them as they develop greater awareness of their obstacles and grow healthy life patterns.
Jaclyn’s approach to therapy encompasses both physical and emotional health. Jaclyn helps clients identify the areas of their lives that contribute to poor physical health. Clients reflect on their sleep hygiene and dietary intake, as well as their assumptions about sleeping and eating. Jaclyn harnesses the power of yoga and mindful movement, as well as energy work. Clients learn how to be present in their thoughts and avoid harmful thought patterns like assumptions, self-criticism, or comparison to others. Jaclyn also teaches clients how to identify thought patterns or beliefs that lead to difficult emotions like frustration, anger, fatigue, or loneliness.
Jaclyn earned a Master’s degree in Social Work and has experience working in the medical setting, which is where she saw the strength of the mind-body connection. She is a warm, encouraging therapist who enjoys guiding clients through their healing journeys in unique and individualized ways, depending on their needs and mental health goals.

Panic attacks / panic disorder - Brief, intense periods of overwhelming fear or anxiety
Mind-body connection - Practicing mindfulness to draw together how the body feels physically and how the mind feels mentally; healing both physically and mentally
