Message to clients

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, committed to helping YOU learn how to develop new ways of dealing with stress, illness, and relationships with yourself and others. My work focuses on exploring strengths and loveable qualities that can be called upon to help you be more unconditionally loving toward yourself and others. I believe in hearing your story, in your words, and having a collaborative relationship to find the answers you need for lasting wellness and recovery.

I am a Veteran, highly experienced with the unique behavioral health needs of Veterans of all eras. Geriatric and dementia care are additional specialties. I am also experienced in working with healthcare workers trying to prevent burnout in their careers.

My promise to you is a genuine, unbiased interest in who you have been in life and, and ability to talk to you in ways you can connect with and feel understood. If you’re interested in scheduling a consultation with me, please send an appointment request. I look forward to meeting you and joining you on your journey to healing and peace.

Peace,

Karen
