Professional statement

Jenna Mamorsky is a licensed psychotherapist that specializes in helping clients with chronic stress and anxiety, depression, perfectionism, self-worth and relationship issues. Jenna's integrative and holistic approach to counseling focuses on the individual and the relationship that she has with each client she works with. Jenna's priority is to provide a safe and compassionate environment where a client feels heard, seen and challenged to think outside their comfort zone, which enables self-exploration and personal growth. Some modalities that she draws in her work include attachment-based therapy, relational and emotionally focused therapy, and mindfulness interventions.

Some of Jenna's additional training includes Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based psychotherapy method that helps clients recover from trauma, chronic anxiety, depression or limiting beliefs or feelings that prevent you from healing.

Jenna is licensed to see clients based in Colorado and New York and all sessions are being done via telehealth currently.

Message to clients

It takes a lot of courage to seek help and learn more about yourself in a deeper way. Whatever you are navigating right now, I find that for many people having a supportive and safe space where you feel connected and understood is paramount to growth and healing. You don't have to suffer in silence.

I understand that finding the right therapist that feels like a fit can be a process in itself. Keeping this in mind, I always offer a complimentary phone consultation to make sure you feel comfortable to begin sessions with me. I offer therapy sessions virtually making it easy and comfortable for you to meet me in the privacy of your own space. I look forward to meeting you soon and would feel honored to support you on your healing journey.
